Focused work in 1 or 2 areas. Best for issues like headache/migraine pain, joint immobility, sight-specific injury/surgery rehabilitation, or even just a quick relaxation session on your lunch break.
60-Minute Therapeutic Massage
1-hour massage is good for bodywork with a few focus areas, allowing time for stretching, deep tissue, trigger point, scar tissue work, and many other therapeutic modalities at my disposal, depending on the issues and areas we are focusing on. 60 minutes is also perfect for a nice relaxing massage at the end of a long day.
90-Minute Therapeutic Massage
90-minute massage is best when needing multiple focus areas, with time for mobility stretches, deep tissue, trigger point, scar tissue work, and many other therapeutic modalities at my disposal. 90-minute massage sessions are best for people who deal with chronic pain due to accident, injury, posture, and regular day-to-day stress and tension. 90 minutes are best for relaxation and rehabilitation.
2-Hour Therapeutic Massage
2-hour sessions are best for bodywork requiring multiple focus areas, with time for deep tissue, trigger point, range of motion, and many other therapeutic modalities at my disposal, depending on the issues/areas we are focusing on. 2-hour massage sessions are best for people who deal with chronic pain issues. Due to the extensive soft tissue work that comes from a 2-hour massage, I recommend scheduling these sessions on an as-needed basis.
Additional Massage Time
Additional massage time is great if you want to include add-on services while still enjoying the full time allotted for massage. You can also add more time to include focus time for things like stretches or footwork.
Chair Massage Events
Chair Massage is performed in a specially designed chair with your clothes on. It is excellent for relaxation and more, depending on your specific needs. Good alternative if you're needing a quick, focused, relaxation session during a work break, and no worry about messy oils on your skin afterwards.
